One thing that bothers me about the armor. No problem with your art here, just in genral design of the suit. Those absurdly large "shoulder pads" can`t be good for visability.

Great Samus! Loved the details in the armor and the dark grain background, makes a reflect.

Thanks! I didn't want to use a stock picture of Outer Space because I felt a real image vs a painting of Samus wouldn't jive right. So I just chose to do an abstract painting myself of space. Nothing that spelled it out in heavy black areas and stars, but just enough that you could "read" it. ;)

This is amazing, I love the huge quality of the work and the devotion to the accurateness of the actual Chozo armor.

Also the reflective effects done on the yellow pieces of her armor are awesome, it really gives it that shiny polished chrome look. I salute you.

Thank you for noticing this. I had hoped I could prperly make it look like metallic armor. I salute you back. :)

I get the feeling I'm looking at Dark Samus in disguise here. o.O
I think it's the visor that gives that vibe.

I actually hadn't thought about that before. I usually give a conscious thought to stances, body weight etc. But I don't think I initially planned it. But since you bring it up, yes, I see it too. Thank you very much for pointing that out. :)

Aw, you're too kind!
I'm so proud of it. Its a small step, but it means, at least in baby steps, that I can produce stuff of a higher quality.
Baby steps...

Haha. That's the safest and surest way, I suppose. Or was that through the use of a walker?
